This self-study course helps HR professionals build specialist Dutch at c level. Across 15 thematic units you develop Dutch vocabulary, functional language and communication skills for recruitment, employee relations, labour law, performance management and HR operations.
Overview
The programme consists of 15 progressive units on professional HR themes — from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, compensation, conflict management and compliance. All material is in Dutch; you learn to communicate professionally in Dutch in HR contexts. Study at your own pace in our online learning environment. You learn professional Dutch for human resources — this is not English language training.
