General English B Level

Overview

This open-enrollment course brings together learners at B1/B2 level in a supportive online group. Each Monday evening you meet live for 90 minutes to practise speaking, listening and vocabulary around everyday themes — the way leading language schools structure general English programmes. Between sessions you can reinforce what you learn in our online environment. Your enrolment also includes an ESP module: you choose the professional field (finance, HR, engineering, medical, legal and more) and study specialist vocabulary and texts alongside the group lessons.

Topics we cover

  • Introductions & everyday life — routines, family, hobbies and small talk
  • Past experiences & storytelling — holidays, memories and anecdotes
  • Future plans & ambitions — goals, intentions and predictions
  • Work & education — jobs, studies and workplace vocabulary
  • Travel, culture & customs — trips, directions and cultural differences
  • Health & lifestyle — wellbeing, advice and healthy habits
  • Media, news & opinions — discussing articles, films and current topics
  • Review & fluency — consolidating skills and planning your next steps
